Certified Lifestyle Educator
Kiely Wilkins is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. Her emphasis is treating the root of the medical problem with lifestyle changes through nutrition, exercise, stress management, adequate sleep, and mind body connection. Kiely specializes in developing an integrative wellness program tailored to an individual’s lifestyle and health goals.
She aims to educate, support, and transform patients lives by guiding them towards a lifestyle of health, wellbeing, and balance. She is certified as a Lifestyle Educator in nutrition and lifestyle management from the FirstLine Therapy program through Metagenics. This personalized approach to medicine that allows her to treat the underlying cause of disease—not just manage the symptoms of it. As a Lifestyle Educator, Kiely works with clients who may be suffering from chronic diseases. She has been certified to work with these patients to help them reach their health goals with Lifestyle changes and Medical Foods from Metagenics.
Once Dr. Yost recommends lifestyle management, Kiely will design a personalized Mediterranean diet for you, based on your basal metabolic rate from bioimpedance analysis to address concerns of metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, weight loss, osteoporosis, arthritis, fatigue and more. The plan is designed to improve your body composition by building and maintaining muscle mass and decreasing fat mass. The science based principles from this therapy will help you adapt habits of living healthy and increase your years of good health.
A therapeutic lifestyle is possible for everyone! It means living your life in a way that improves your heath and well being. Kiely hopes to share her knowledge of these lifestyle modifications with you to uncover the best possible version of yourself!

- Kiely began practicing yoga eight years ago and she has incorporated the study and practice of yoga into her life. Kiely received her yoga teacher certification at Yoga Flow. Through teaching her mission is to help bring the joy of yoga by incorporating spiritually, strength, and flexibility to aid in removing mental and emotional obstructions leaving us to feel more balanced and healthy. She currently teaches at Ventana Medical, Yoga Flow, Tucson Raquet Club, and the YMCA.
- She was a Division 1 swimmer at the University of Alabama. She continues to teach swim classes at Tucson Jewish Community Center. She has great passion for treating each swimmer as an individual and helping them excel in swimming.
- Kiely loves cooking and providing her family a healthy menu by using organic whole foods that are nutritionally dense from local farmers markets for fresh seasonal foods locally grown.
- She enjoys hiking, traveling, and perusing an active lifestyle with her husband and son.
